About Swedish Women’s Educational Association New York

SWEA International is a global organization with a unique international women's network that protects the Swedish language, Swedish culture and Swedish traditions. SWEA has approximately 6,000 members and is present on 5 continents in around 30 countries with as many as 77 branches worldwide.

We are today about 140 Swedish-speaking women of all ages who meet to network, learn new things, be inspired and have fun together. SWEA New York organizes interesting and exciting activities, often with a Swedish connection but also with a focus on career and personal development. We celebrate Swedish traditions and have several interest groups.
